Chris' success and value to her clients comes from real-life experience in engineering, operations and sales management, a Masters Degree in Counseling and Career Development, and 10 years of coaching clients towards successful careers. She incorporates advanced sales and communication techniques into her private-client interview coaching and as a consultant to organizations, including Stanford's Graduate School of Business. As the co-author of FiredUP Interviewing, she strived to bring these techniques to anyone willing to spend the time to learn. Chris believes that to get the job offer you must connect and sell value to every member of the interview team, in ways that paint the picture of you in the job.
In addition to her work with FiredUP Careers and her private practice, Chris is an adjunct faculty member at Santa Clara University, where she teaches in the graduate school of counseling psychology on organizational career development.
